Stormville RPG
Stormville is one of my passion projects I have worked on for about 8 years now. I have been working on this on and off. Initially I started this project during my Game Development study when I didn’t have any content for my portfolio. It sounded cool to make a game, so why not make one! In my head I had a good idea of what I wanted, a turned-based combat rpg game, which has pixel art, and a big world to explore. A very big idea, for a naive me back then. However, I still love to work on this every now and then, and I hope to publish it one day.
The story goes as follows; you start in a small town called Millstone. This is where you, the adventurer are born and raised. From here you will start to explore the world and everything in it. Your mother asks you to get some groceries from the next town over, Stormville. On your way to Stormville however, you come across monsters which you’ll have to defeat. Fight, get stronger, get better gear, and level up through quests and fights. Expore the world and defeat all the evil within.
That is the main idea behind Stormville. While the main game mechanics are there, there is a lot more content to be made, and a lot of bugs still to fix (naturally). Whatch the video below to get a better understanding of what exactly Stormville is!
